Weinhardt Party Rentals was born in 1946 by Edward P. Weinhardt and his wife Florence. Beginning as caterers, they expanded into the event rental industry. Experience showed them that their family of clients not only  needed wonderful food, but also additional top quality equipment such as chairs, tables, linens, and more. Weinhardt’s helped create the complete party atmosphere, and their family was one of the first pioneers to offer event services in St Louis.

In 1974 Edward H. Weinhardt became president of the company, and his daughter, Dawn Weinhardt, is closely involved in all aspects of the party rental business.  She has learned that quality products and service are key to a successful business.

Decades later and heading into the third generation, Weinhardt’s provides the experience, professionalism, quality, and stamina to make your event successful and unforgettable.

Today we no longer offer catering services, but do offer only the finest rental equipment available and professional planning staff to serve your special event needs.

Weinhardt Party Rentals event staff is available to assist you Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 12p.m. Our 24-hour emergency line is available for clients as necessary. For more information, please call us at 314-822-9000.

Weinhardt Party Rentals has 2 convenient locations to serve you:

Our Des Peres location is located at 11601 Manchester Road, Des Peres MO 63131. It is approx. 1 1/2 miles east of Interstate 270, between Bopp and Geyer Road.

Our Hampton location is located at 5901 Elizabeth Avenue, St Louis MO 63110. It is 2 blocks south of Interstate 44, between Columbia and Wilson Avenue off Hampton Avenue.

 

We require a security deposit to place all rental orders, unless prior arrangements have been made. The security deposit is kept separate from the total amount and refunded when the items are returned on time and given back in the same condition they were received in. The security deposit can be used to cover cancellations, shortages, damages, etc. Deposits are based on each individual order and cannot be determined until an order is ready to be placed. 

*We may determine to keep a security deposit to cover lost or damaged rentals, for cancellation of items and/or orders, inability to have items returned on time, etc. 

All orders are COD unless prior arrangements have been made. We also require a rental deposit and valid state identification for all rental items. The deposit is based on the value of the equipment being rented, and must be in the form of tender listed above.

In order to maintain our low prices, Weinhardt’s does require a minimum rental for event orders that need to be delivered. Delivery rates and minimums requirement are based on the zip code of the delivery location.

If your rental needs do not meet the minimum order requirement, delivery and pickup services are still available. Customers are also welcome to pick up their orders from one of our facilities. Same-day delivery and pickup is also available. Please call us with any questions at 314-822-9000.

 

All rentals are based on a one day use. Rentals may be picked up the day prior and returned the day after at no additional charge. For weekend events, we offer Friday to Monday as a 1 day rental. Extended rental periods are available. Please call us for more information

All china, glassware, and flatware must be either rinsed or wiped clean or a cleaning surcharge may apply. Please do not put silver or gold plate items in the dishwasher as it may damage the  plating. We will launder the linen for you and we will also provide a green mesh bag to help protect linens when returning. You are responsible for any stains or damages to linen. Please take care to shake any excess food and debris prior to returning. Please do not put linens in trash bags as they can mildew.

To ensure equipment availability, we recommend that you place your order as soon as you have an event date and an approximate number of guests.

We have several collections available including our Traditional Collection, Specialty Collection, Lamour Collection, and our exclusive Luxury Collection. All of our linens are in stock! No more worrying about mail order and out of town companies.  

Weinhardt Party Rentals offers party planning services to help you organize your next event. We can assist with small birthday parties to elaborate gala events. Party planning fees vary depending on your special event. We are pleased to offer assistance with the setup of Weinhardt equipment for your special event. Rates for setup service are based on the type of equipment. Weinhardt Party Rentals offers assistance with the setup and takedown of the following types of equipment:

Tables, Chairs, Linen Tablecloths, Linen Table Skirts

Please contact our event staff with your request and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Labor for the setup and takedown of tents, staging, pipe and drape, and dance floors is included in our already low prices. Custom setup and takedown requirements are available for an additional cost.

Rental Policy

  • All rentals are based on a one day use. Rentals may be picked up the day before and returned the day after at no additional charge. Extended term rental rates are available. All prices are subject to change without notice.

  • Payment in full is due 48 hours prior to delivery or customer pick up unless prior arrangements have been made. Accepted methods of payments are Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express.  No personal checks are accepted.

  • Valid state or US identification and cash or credit card deposit is required for all reservations. Once a reservation is confirmed, no cancellations are allowed without forfeiting the deposit. Cancellations within 48 hours of the pickup or delivery date will forfeit the full cost of the rental. Customers must present valid state identification for all deliveries or when picking up equipment. Reservation deposits are based on the value of the equipment and must be in the form of tender listed above.

  • All delivery rates are based on a first floor delivery and pick up during our normal business hours. Delivery and pick up times are not guaranteed unless prior arrangements have been made with an additional charge. Deliveries or pick ups other than first floor or after hours may be available for an additional fee

  • All rental equipment must be broken down upon pick up unless prior arrangements have been made. All china, flatware, and glassware must be rinsed or wiped clean before returning or additional cleaning charges may apply. nal fee

  • The customer or venue representative must be available at the time of delivery/pickup, and/or customer pickup/return to verify equipment.

  • Due to the nature of linen colors and dye lots, Weinhardt Party Rentals is not responsible for minor color variations.
