1. All rentals are based on a one day use.  Rentals may be picked up after 1:00 P.M. the day before and returned the day after by 12:00 noon, at no additional charge.  Long term rental rates are available.

2. Payment is expected at time of delivery or pick up unless arrangements are made prior to the transaction.  Methods of payment are: Cash, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and Missouri checks with a valid drivers license.

3. A deposit and a Missouri drivers license are required for all rental items.  The deposit is based on the value of the equipment and must be Cash, Mastercard, Visa or Discover.

4. All rental rates are based on a first floor delivery and pick up during normal working hours.  For deliveries other than ground floor or after normal hours call for additional costs.

5. All rental equipment must be broken down upon pick up unless prior arrangements heve been made.  All china, flatware, and glassware must be rinsed clean before returning otherwise rental is subject to a 50% cleaning charge.

6. Someone must be available at time of delivery and pick up to verify all rental equipment.
